The College of Engineering Technology in Maysan concludes the Training of Trainers (TOT) course, under the auspices of the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology in Maysan, Professor Dr. Mahmoud Aziz Muhammad, and with the participation of a large number of college members due to the importance of the course.

The course, which was lectured by the assistant teacher, Hussein Sadiq Latif, aimed to enable the participants to define the training profession, know the characteristics of a successful trainer, what skills a successful trainer must acquire, and implement training courses in an effective and influential way.

The course touched on several topics, including: Introduction to training – Characteristics and abilities of a professional trainer – The difference between training and education – The difference between an amateur trainer and a professional trainer – Learning characteristics of trainees – Introduction to the basics of adult learning – Introduction to trainees’ learning styles – Pillars of the training process – Types of training Basic – Introduction to the concept and types of activities….
