The College of Engineering Technology, Maysan, holds a scientific exhibition (Civil Engineering Concepts and Principles) sponsored by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Mahmoud Aziz Muhammad, and under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Building and Construction Technology Engineering, Eng. Ahmed Sami Nasser, students of the third and fourth years of the Department of Building and Construction Technology Engineering participated in it, in the presence of the Dean of the College, accompanied by the Assistant Dean, Dr. Jawad Jayoul Saadoun, the department heads, and the college’s members and students. Several engineering panels were presented in which civil engineering concepts were demonstrated, such as analysis, study, and design of various infrastructure such as buildings, roads, and bridges. Tunnels, airports, ports, drinking water supply networks, water pumping stations, sewage networks, purification and water treatment plants, dams, as well as irrigation In conclusion, the students expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Dean of the College and the Head of the Department for their interest in such an exhibition that shows the value of civil engineering and its endless projects in the labor market projects.
