The Technical College of Engineering in Maysan organized an awareness seminar entitled Administrative and Financial Corruption in the Continuing Education Hall in the presence of the Assistant Dean of the College, Dr. Jawad Jaiul Saadoun, and a number of college students

The seminar, in which Dr. Suja Majid Daoud and Assistant Dr. Abdullah Ali Jabbar lectured, aimed to identify the concept of the director, as he considers every action, including the misuse of public office for the benefit or his group.

It naturally leads to the waste of money, wealth, time and elegance, and obstructing the completion of services, and thus hindering progress on the economic, financial, political, cultural and scientific levels in particular.

The symposium addressed several axes, including the concept of why and the administrative and its causes and drivers, as the symposium demonstrated the arrow committed in the public office, which developed from non-administrative crimes that legally involved it against the Iraqi and the law of the Integrity Commission and illicit gain such as the crime of bribery, embezzlement and exploitation of joint work from the contribution that falls within the concept of but note and the administrative.
It also developed into a reason for the emergence of a new result, which is represented by the following:
1. The educational and behavioral reason: Failure to instill Islamic values ​​in the individual’s soul from a young age.
2. For economic reasons: The employee’s failure to join his material elements to satisfy his basics.
3. Political reasons: The lack of political bias in the state prepares the reasons for its existence for a reason, so absence for a reason.
And then began a blatant fight: legal, ethical, accountability, transparency and integrity. This became through honesty, security and loyalty.
