The Engineering Technical College in Maysan holds its first scientific conference for students' scientific research

Under the auspices of the President of the Southern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Rabih Hashem Al-Abbasi, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the Engineering Technical College in Maysan, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Aziz Muhammad, the Engineering Technical College in Maysan is holding its first scientific conference for scientific student research for the academic year 2022-2023 and under the slogan (Our present is quality in education and research Science and our future development and building
The conference began with a verse from the Holy Quran, followed by a memorial pause for the martyrs of Iraq for the sacrifices they made for the sake of our dear Iraq.
Then the Dean of the College opened the activities of the scientific conference, stressing the role of modern technologies for practical devices and applied research to support the various sectors of work, which can contribute to solving productive problems and suggesting appropriate solutions.
He pointed out that our general direction is to serve the labor market and develop the skills of students through the manufacture of laboratory equipment.
The conference included the Scientific Research and Projects Committee, three teachers, Dr. Ahmed Ajeel, Dr. Jawad Karam Zboun, and Dr. Ahmed Thamer Rady, to evaluate the performance of student projects, the quality of each project, the principle of its work, and to ask scientific questions in this regard.
The participating devices in the conference varied in various engineering disciplines and according to the outputs of the scientific departments, as they included promising projects. The Dean of the College also gave his thanks and appreciation to the scientific and preparatory committees for the conference, the supervisors and students for their active participation in the conference.
