The Governor of Maysan inaugurates the scientific departments building at the Technical College of Engineering, Maysan
The Governor of Maysan, Professor Ali Douai Lazim, inaugurated the scientific departments building at the Engineering Technical College in Maysan (the new building) and the main warehouse building today, Saturday 1/13/2024. He was received by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Mahmoud Aziz Muhammad, and the Dean of the Technical Institute/Building, Professor Dr. Muhammad Saleh Abd. Ali, the professors and members of the college, and under an atmosphere filled with joy, love and pleasure, which was implemented by (Al-Rafd Contracting Company and its partner Al-Khair Contracting Complex Company), within the plans and allocations of Maysan Governorate.
The Governor said: Maysan Governorate, within its annual plans, has allocated projects for all sectors, including projects for constructing buildings, halls, and laboratories for government departments and institutions in the governorate, with the aim of preparing all means for the success of their work to serve the people of the governorate.
He stated that the project for the scientific departments building in the College of Technology contains two floors with an area of (2400) square meters per floor, in addition to the ground floor, and each floor consists of two laboratory suites, a professors’ suite, a meeting room, a teaching room, warehouses, and (6) study halls with a garden within the floor with an area of ( 400) m.
He also stated that Maysan Governorate pays great attention to the education sector through the implementation of educational and scientific projects and is determined to raise the scientific level of our dear students by providing all the requirements for the success of the educational and scientific process in the governorate.
In conclusion, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Mahmoud Aziz Muhammad, extended his abundant thanks to the Governor of Maysan for his great interest in the education sector and the appearance of the College in the manner that befits it.
He also thanked the committees formed from the engineers and workers and thanked the continuous efforts made
On the other hand, the Dean of the Technical Institute / Building, Professor Dr. Muhammad Saleh Abd Ali, praised the continuous efforts made by the Governor of Maysan for his interest in the education sector.
