The College of Engineering Technology, Maysan, organizes a symposium entitled (The tasks of the hall supervisor and invigilators in managing examination proctoring) in the presence of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Mahmoud Aziz Muhammad, the Assistant Dean, Dr. Jawad Jayoul Saadoun, and college employees.

The symposium, which was lectured by M.M. Ali Karim Shajar addressed several topics, including the tasks and duties placed on the responsibility of the hall supervisor and invigilators in the conduct of examination examinations and the procedures related to them, and how to deal with cases of cheating or attempted fraud and other attempts that violate the examination rule system.

The symposium aimed to establish the responsibility of the invigilators in the examination hall and monitor the regular conduct of the examination within the timings specified for the examination and prevent the possibility of creating an atmosphere that encourages disruption of the hall’s order in order to avoid the occurrence of cases of cheating.
